Thermal Shock  Chambers

 

 

 

 

Frequently required to satisfy Mil Std Test Specifications, these chambers rapidly shuttle a basket of your devices back and forth between a Hot chamber and a Cold chamber. The shuttling can take place horizontally or vertically (to save floor space). Temperature Control in both chambers and the carefully timed shuttling actions are automatically driven by a programmable controller.

  • TSV Series Two Zone - direct hot/cold transfer.
  • TSH Series Three Zone - direct hot/cold transer with selectable ambient temperature dwell required for some Mil Standards.
  • TSD Series Double Duty - direct hot/cold transfer with additional hot zone and 2nd transfer carriage to effectively double production throughput.
